Sherri is one of the most professional Real Estate people we have ever dealt with. She is honest, responsive to emails; phone calls etc. She always followed up in all aspects of selling our investment property.
She actually sold our property twice! However the first buyer backed out of the deal. But that didn't discourage her from re-listing the property and start showing it again to prospective buyers. If something had to be taken care of, Sherri and/or her assistant, were all over it. At times she even did the work herself! Always looking out for our best interest.
You see we live in Florida and the property is in Massachusetts. It was hard for us to coordinate things like meeting a contractor etc.
